MIZU CHA TODDY

Ingredients

2 oz Mizu Green Tea Shochu

2 oz hot water

¼ oz honey syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Honey Syrup is 2 parts clover honey, 1 part hot water

Directions

Place ginger and tequila into shaker and let sit for a minute.

Add lime, simple syrup and ice.

Shake 30 seconds (totally underrated and makes the cocktail) then pour club soda into shaker. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a lime and/or cucumber slice.
