2 oz Mizu Saga Barley Shochu

1 ½ oz Ruby Red grapefruit juice

¼ oz Campari

1 ½ oz soda

Build in Collins glass. Add grapefruit juice, shochu and Campari. Add ice and stir. Top with soda. Garnish with grapefruit swath or slice.
