2 oz of Mizu Saga Barley Shochu
2 ½ oz hoji cha (Roasted Green Tea, chilled)
½ oz honey syrup
Honey Syrup is 2 parts clover honey, 1 part hot water
Build in Collins glass. Add tea and honey syrup, stir then add shochu, then ice and stir again. Garnish with Lemon wheel.
