MIZU TAKEO SOUR

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Mizu Lemongrass Shochu

⅔ oz Lemon juice

½ oz Chamomile Syrup

1 egg white

Make Chamomile Syrup by heating simple syrup and steeping Chamomile tea bag in hot syrup

Directions

Add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake. Fill with ice and shake again. Strain into coupe glass.
