2 oz of Mizu Saga Barley Shochu
½ oz Yuzu juice
2 ½ oz club soda
½ oz honey syrup
2 oz honey
Honey Syrup is 2 parts clover honey, 1 part hot water
Build in Collins glass. Add Yuzu juice and honey syrup, stir then add shochu, then ice and stir again. Top with soda. Garnish with Lemon wheel.
