SONOMA BOURBON MINT JULIP

Ingredients

2 ½ oz Sonoma Bourbon

8-10 Mint leaves

1 ½ Teaspoons Fine Sugar

Seltzer Water

Directions

Place Mint leaves in the bottom of an old fashioned glass and top with sugar. Muddle together until Mint leaves begin to break down. Add a splash of seltzer water, then fill glass ¾ with crushed ice. Add Bourbon, finish filling with seltzer, garnish with a Mint sprig and serve.
